Salted Caramel, red onion and spicey satay!!!
For a long time I have been asked for a salted caramel flavour macaron.....well it's here at last- "the eighth flavour" in the box.
Last week at City Market I introduced two new products: Red onion marmalade(tangy and sweet like a rich chutney) and a Singapore satay peanut sauce.(Exotic spicey flavours but without the fiery heat) Both sold out within the first hour!!!
Red onion marmalade - Great partner with any cheese, cold meats, homemade hamburgers, quiche, roast vegetable salad or paninis, toasted sandwiches.
Singapore Satay peanut sauce - serve with chicken or beef kebabs, over rice or noodles, in a stirfry or simply as a warm spicey dip with vegetable crudites and roti.

New Beginings.....End of Classes
Creative Cooking has changed course ! We are now producing Macarons and other premium products.As these new ventures are taking over, there is less time to commit to cooking classes and as a result the classes have been phased out and will no longer be avaliable.
We have enjoyed meeting you all over the past year and have had incredible support from many repeat customers (some who have been to practically every single class!!!)
Thank you to everyone who has dined, laughed and learnt with us over the past year, without whom this fabulous new enterprise would not have developed.
